Racking Installer

About the Role

Our client is seeking reliable and motivated Racking Installers to join their growing installation team. This hands-on role involves working on industrial and warehouse projects across Malta and is ideal for individuals who take pride in their workmanship, value safety, and are looking for stable employment with opportunities to grow.

What is expected of you?

• Install, modify, and dismantle pallet racking systems
• Read basic layout drawings and follow installation plans
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and correctly
• Work at heights using mobile platforms or scissor lifts when required
• Complete all work in line with required safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite
• Collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator and Operations team to support smooth project delivery

What are you expected to bring?

• Experience in racking installation, steel structures, construction, or similar hands-on work
• A strong work ethic and a reliable approach
• A commitment to workplace safety, including the correct use of PPE, tools, and working methods
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and follow company standards and procedures
• Basic English communication skills
• A driving licence would be considered an asset
