About the Role
Our client, a well-established accounting and audit firm based in Gozo, is currently looking to recruit an Auditor to join their growing team. What is expected of you?
- Carry out audit assignments in line with deadlines and professional standards
- Prepare tax computations and tax returns for audit clients
- Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS & GAPSE requirements
- Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient audit processes
What are you expected to bring?
- Internationally recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or University degree
- Previous experience within an audit firm or audit-related role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS & GAPSE
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills
- Professional attitude with a strong attention to detail
